By accessing our website or engaging our interior design services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Scope of Services
We provide interior design and related services as agreed in the project proposal, quotation, or contract. The scope includes planning, design concepts, drawings, supervision, and execution as detailed in the final agreement.

Any service not included in the signed proposal will be considered an additional service and may incur extra charges.

Project Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotations shared are based on current material and labor rates.
  • Prices may vary due to changes in design, material selection, or market fluctuations.
  • Any modifications requested by the client after approval may affect the final project cost.
  • Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per government regulations.

Payments & Billing

  • A detailed payment schedule will be shared before project initiation.
  • Payments are typically divided into stages (e.g., advance, design phase, production phase, installation).
  • Delayed payments may result in project delays, suspension, or cancellation.
  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Design Approvals

  • Concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations must be approved by the client in writing.
  • Once approved, any revision or redesign request may involve additional charges and extended timelines.

Materials & Execution

  • We work with trusted vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality.
  • Material samples shown are indicative; slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.
  • Clients may select materials from our recommended list or provide their own, subject to feasibility and compatibility.

Timelines & Delays

  • All project timelines are estimated based on standard working conditions.
  • Delays may occur due to material shortages, vendor issues, design changes, payment delays, or unavoidable circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate measurements, requirements, and site access.
  • Ensuring electricity, water, and basic site utilities are available during execution.
  • Not interfering with the work process or instructing workers directly.
  • Reporting concerns or issues in writing.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Warranty on materials or workmanship is subject to the respective manufacturer or vendor.
  • Wear and tear, misuse, damages caused by water leakage, structural issues, pests, electrical faults, or poor maintenance are not covered.
  • After-sales support is available as per company policy.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and concepts created by Vasundhara Interiors are our intellectual property.
  • Designs cannot be shared with third parties or executed by another contractor without written permission.

Cancellation Policy

  • Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice.
  • Payments for completed work and materials already procured must be settled by the client.
  • Any advance payment made is non-refundable.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for structural defects, existing site damages, or issues unrelated to interior work.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the contract and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
